Adrian Jastrzebski

Senior head of backend and supervisor

I build fintech systems, orchestrate AI agents, made idea-vault, and write crypto and blockchain software.

Linked work is public. The rest is described in words.

Finance

I am senior head of backend and supervisor at a fintech, and I built its whole stack.

  • Financial services from end to end, from the backend to the infrastructure. The details stay private.
  • On my own, a private Rust trading system, from market data to a demo-account execution path.
  • Weights calculator: paste a table of returns and read relative weights for each series, side by side.
  • nova-interpreter: a small early Rust interpreter experiment for TradingView-like scripting, based on Crafting Interpreters and a YouTube series.

AI orchestration

For a year I have run AI agents at full capacity, every single week.

  • Every week, the full Claude usage limit goes to real work: planning, implementation, review, verification and reporting.
  • Agent teams work across several large codebases with written rules, clear roles, independent review and a human decision at the end.
  • Every mistake becomes a written rule, so the same problem is not solved twice.
  • claude-crew: an open-source Rust Discord bot (MIT) that turns one Claude Code session into a shared team session.
  • My approach to coding with AI: where a step is forced, plain code does it, and the model is kept to the real choices. Rules come first, review is independent, and humans decide.

idea-vault

idea-vault is my local-first tool for thinking an idea all the way through with an AI critic, and keeping the result as plain markdown you own.

  • Bring a raw idea, let an AI push back at every stage of thought, then reopen it later with that thinking intact.
  • Built for one person on their own machine. Not a SaaS and not a multi-user app.
  • Local models by default, in a single Rust binary.
  • Public repo, MIT license.

Crypto and blockchain

I have built on-chain bots, contracts, node setups and payment backends across PulseChain, Solana and Ethereum.

  • Ethereum payments: two seasonal Rust game server backends. zomboid-seasons takes ETH for registration, factorio-server for access tiers.
  • PulseChain contracts and infrastructure: Solidity contracts built with Foundry, and a self-hosted RPC node with execution and consensus clients in Docker Compose.
  • DEX bots: DCA and transaction tooling for Uniswap V2 style DEXes and PulseX, plus a Rust on-chain bot on PulseChain.
  • Solana: a Rust DCA command line tool using Raydium pools.
